Errica & Mike DeBiasi are a husband-and-wife duo, a bit of a dream team. An incredible bond and partnership in business and in life. With Errica as a licensed general contractor and interior designer, paired with Mike’s 25yrs of hands-on expertise and execution as a Carpenter and Foreman, they have built a system that not only delivers an amazing product but allows for a deep client relationship with understanding and connection. Together they share a commitment to creating spaces that are both timeless and functional. Both with lifelong/multi-generational roots in the Bay area of California they both have a true respect for the area's history and a thirst for its culture.
ERRICA- Head Designer / General Contractor: Is an extremely CREATIVE and fearless entrepreneur with a deep-rooted passion for design, construction, and everything home. As a licensed general contractor and interior designer, she brings extensive hands-on knowledge across all aspects of residential spaces—from concept to completion.
Her background also spans real estate, horticulture, and sales, giving her a well-rounded perspective that blends aesthetics with functionality, value, and livability. She doesn’t just design spaces—she creates environments that are incredibly intentional. She knows how to bring the highest return on investment, how to curate every aspect of a property to the highest level through her extensive knowledge and connections in these important industries.
Design and architecture are quite literally in her blood. Her father growing up was a destructive testing contractor and also did residential Investment flip homes which shaped her appreciation for all avenues of construction and Real Estate. Pressing structure, and thoughtful design from an early age. That foundation continues to guide her work today.
Her signature style is modern traditional, elevated with unique character. She loves pairing vintage and antique pieces with clean lines and modern elegance, creating spaces that feel effortlessly sophisticated. Every project is a perfect balance of history and innovation.
